UPDATED: AUG 10, 2012 The aroma is weak and watery with get this "sweet water" light wheat, banana, and spices. The appearance is yellow with almost no head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall this is a super watery beer. I should have know with water used so many times in the name.

while this beer does have a good amount of flavors with some crystal wheat, fruity overtones and light hops tastes. its highly over carbonated still its refreshing and palate cleansing.

On tap at the Alpharetta Taco Mac -- ok once I got past the lemon that came with the brew, it was quite nice. Cloudy yellow with a white head and some lacing on the glass. Typical Hefe with lots of clove and banana aroma with the same taste mixed with a large amount of wheat. Medium carbonation.

No real aroma with a light body and a clean buttery finish. Nothing impressive. Served too cold

Bottle from Bruisin’ Ales. Pours cloudy yellow with a ton of white foam and a nice amount of carbonation. Some banana notes on the nose. Has some clove and banana notes on the tongue as well. Clean finisher. Pretty good summertime beer.

5/31/12. On tap. Cloudy golden pour with a nice khaki head. Huge phenolic nose that reminds me of plastic in a bad way. Grainy flavor with some citrus, banana, and phenolics. Not bad.

Yellow pour with white head and lace. Aroma of large clove, wheat, and banana. Corriander, light dry wheat, goes from sweet to dry, with a flat paperish bitter. Medium bodied with bubbly carbonation. Pretty good beer.

Hazy straw pour. Nose and flavor hold clove and cinnamon, nutmeg, banana, dust, and good spice presence. Fine, but nothing special for the style.

Hazy gold, foamy white head, heavy lacing. Dusty banana and wheat nose, light lemon. Flavor similar, very dusty, husky, banana sweetness with a short, juicy finish. Drinkable, controlled esters, very balanced.
