Commercial Description:
This premium pilsener is brewed with pure mineral water, a blend of the best barley malts and specially selected Cascade hops from the American Yakima Valley. Swinckels' Volmaakt is unpasteurized and freshly cooled at the brewery. This is why nothing of it's fresh flavor is lost. Swinckels' Volmaakt is available at the Brouwerij Cafe in Lieshout. A clear golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma of malts with fruits. The taste is also malty with fruits and it has some dry bitter in the back. The aftertaste is very dry, with bitterness and sweet. The bottle is special and extraordinary.

On tap at Arendsnest. Clear deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, grass, light fruity. Flavour is light sweet, malty, with a light sharp grainy bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. OK pils.

Bottle@HotelNootdorp. Quite malty aroma. Golden color, white head, good lace, very nice bottle and glass btw. Malty, bitter, sweet for a pilsener, nice body. Not bad for a Dutch lager.

Clear golden coloured, dying head. Grassy and gariny aroma and flavour. Nothing special about this one, except for the bottle...

Bottle @ Arendsnest. Aroma has grassy and grainy hops. Quite strong. Clear, golden coloured with a short, white head. Taste is slightly bitter, has grainy and malty hops. Bottle and glassware are nice. But this is the same as pimping your car with fancy rims, skirts and other crap without upgrading the engine.
