Bottled 27.5cl. It pours a very pale yellow beer with a fast diminishing white fizzy head. The nose is of elderflower, white wine and apple juice. Rather pleasant. Sweet taste with cider accompanied by quite a lot of elderflower. Spritzy mouthfeel. Woody. Light dry finish. Refreshing.

clear golden. no head, but quite sparkling. very dry aroma. definetly not a dominant mature apple or pear juice flavor, reminds me more of a dry white wine. nice.
flavor is dry, souracid, white wine , gren grapes, sugar, apples.
palate is okay, it’s not watery or weird.
overall a more complex cider than the sommersby i just tasted, which resembled apple juice a lot more. dryish and not so sweet makes it quite refreshing. my 2nd cider rating.

Clear bottle 0.275 l. Bought Super Best Hilleroed. Colour pale clear yellow. Aroma sweet apple and a strange rubber smell. The cider contains elderflower and they can easily be differentiated in the flavor. Slightly bitter which is allright for a cider. Rich carbonation. Mild and well balanced.

Bottled. A light golden cider with no head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of apples, while the flavor is sweet apply with a lightly tart finish.
