trapez (168), Hilleroed, Denmark May 3, 2008 Clear bottle 0.275 l. Bought Super Best Hilleroed. Colour pale clear yellow. Aroma sweet apple and a strange rubber smell. The cider contains elderflower and they can easily be differentiated in the flavor. Slightly bitter which is allright for a cider. Rich carbonation. Mild and well balanced.

Light in body, rather tart with the apple notes being a little subdued. Sweetness and acidity blend well in the finish. 030608 yespr (5521), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 7, 2008 27.5 cL clear bottle.
