ClubGonzo (4232) - Bergen, NORWAY - DEC 17, 2014
Bottle, shared with BBGTC @ The Christmas Tasting 2014. Pours a slightly hazy deep orange-amber body with a large bubbly off-white head. Nose is red fruits, grapes, muscovado sugar, hints of white sugar, cranberries and mild plastic tones. Taste is muscovado sugars, red berries, melon and hints of grains and herbs. Medium body and medium to high carbonation. Pretty decent, but not fantastic. An original malt profile, at least.

Pours a cloudy deep orange with a frothy offwhhite head. Very fruity aroma with loads of peach. Taste is sweet-malty, light fruity and a very light bitterness. Interesting and quite ok. Couldn’t drink too much of it tho. Body and carbonation is medium.

Big slightly fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly floral, weeds, flowers, yeast, grain, wet grass, cellar, hay, sugar, alcohol. Taste is sweet, sugar, grain, hay, paper, weeds, flowers, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of disappointing.

laiti (5957) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 22, 2014
75 cl bottle vintage 2012 (7,1%) @ Timo A. Bottle #2532, BBE 28.05.2014
Aroma has grassy hops and some malty tones. Flavour has quite aggressive grassy hops, some herbal tones and grainy malt. Foamy and creamy palate. Quite nothing to do with blond or golden ale, more like imperial pils. Plato was quite interesting (17,6).

750ml bottle @ Timo A. Thanks!

7.1% ABV - Pours dark orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of bready maltiness, crisp notes, some caramel, alcohol and spices. Taste is smooth, malty and mildly grainy with some spicy notes, caramel and earthy smoked notes. Finish is bready, malty and mildly earthy with some spiciness. Quite strange.

Bamsen78 (3413) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - AUG 9, 2013
Bottle. Pours hazy orange amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops, malt and caramel with a subtle buttery note. Sweet flavour of caramel and malt with regular but not very pronounced hoppy notes. Sweet aftertaste. Decent but would be better if it wasn’t so sweet.
