English: A modern pale/amber ale, with unconcealed American inspiration. A little more than just an IPA, but not more than it can be enjoyed by anyone who does not suffer from hop anxiety. The use of five kinds of hops, in abundance, gives an intense floral aroma with fragrance notes of citrus, resin, fruit and pine needles followed by a full-bodied flavor, complemented with notes of malt, nuts and caramel, all held together by a good solid bitterness .

Bottle. Pours a pretty dark copper color with a white head. Aroma is quite hoppy, I get grapefruit, tangerine, orange, peach, pine and earthy notes with some sweet and caramel malt. Flavor follows the nose, I get the peach, pine, grapefruit, orange and earthy notes with the sweet and caramel malt backbone. The body is medium with a dry mouth feel. Overall a pretty nice more East Coast style IPA.

UPDATED: JUN 21, 2014 Odense Catching Up on Stuff Left in the Cellar Event July 2012. Cloudy amber with a lasting off-white head. Citrus hop aroma with a touch of peach and grass. Malty and fruity flavour with some grapefruit and a good, very bitter, but pleasant hoppy finish

Bottle. Hazy golden with a white head extravaganza. Sweet tropical fruity, light caramel malty aroma. Taste is sweet malty and heavy bitter with notes of tropical fruit, grass, pine. High drinkability and wellmade but a little trite and too much textbook American IPA.

Very fine light yellow head, cloudy deep amber. Very elegant nose with citrus, spruce, lemon and lime. A bit watery though. medium body and some length. Taste is sweet caramel with a wellintegrated hoppiness: grapefruit and spruce. Nice beer but with a slightly wattery note in nose and mouth.

180412: Bottle @ DØE meeting. Strange hop aroma, good taste, Common Danish IPA despite the insane use of hops. Very bitter. The hop aroma could be better. Missing balance.
