Hazy light blond color. The aroma is a bit chemical and alcoholic, with the honey, but not bad. It has a strange dry mouthfeel, followed by nutty honey flavor and late residual sweetness. Maybe a bit spicy, which makes of it an interesting Mead.

Oct 15, 2009 It’s a very light golden mead with a spicy, herbal and alcoholic aroma. The flavor is sweet with notes og alcohol, honey and herbs. It’s very “different”.

Jul 8, 2009 Ceramic bottle. Very pale yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is honey, alcohol and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is quite much the same with honey and spices coming in quite strongly. Very sweet, but still drinkable.
