COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Een ongefilterd, niet gepasteuriseerd bier met hergisting op fles. Een pittig blondje, met kruidentoets en volmondige mout smaak. Ook komen er heel lichtjes bloementoetsen om de hoek kijken..

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Yeasty, slightly sweet pale malty aroma with more spicy than fruity accents. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a matured and well-carbonated mouthfeel. Pale malt-character with rounded spicy notes and a delicately fruity touch; quite dry and slightly fruity-sour spicy finish. A fine brew with rounded spicy notes. 20.I.10

Bel colore arancio-ambrato con cappello di schiuma abbondante. Aroma dolce e speziato. In bocca decisamente troppo dolce.

Bottle. A light sweet smell, some malt and cookies, a soft aroma of grass. The large white creamy-foamy head has a long duration, the lively body is yellow. The taste is rather bitter and metallic, some citrus. The body is dry with a lively carbonation and light to medium strong.

Bottled. A murky beer with big chunks of yeast floating around under a huge beige head. The aroma has notes of amlt and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and spices, leading to a dry finish. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with lemon, apricots, flowers, shampoo and spices (ginger, fresh coriander). Fruity, floral taste with notes of citrus, coriander, ginger and grassy hops. Medium body, not very bitter but rather spicy. Very tasty beer. Nice one.

Hazy goldblond coloured beer with small white head and no carbonation. Spicy hoppy herby aroma. Full palate bit creamy and sparkling. Finish is spiced ending bitter and dry. Very good one.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Another gusher from ’t Hofbrouwerijke, luckily I managed to save more than last time. Cloudy yellow orange beer, lots of yeast, creamy white head. Sweetish aroma with mainly cardemon, which gives it a ginger/citrus aroma. Flavour is dominated by cardemon, sweet, some malts and a good hoppy bitter finish. Medium bodied. If you like cardemon, this is really nice.

Bottle: Hazy, orangey-golden with a stable lacy off-white head; sweetish spicy-hoppy nose; quite dry solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium to full bodied; lingering spicy (cough syrup) and bitter finish. Well made stuff.....

330ml bottle (One Pint, Helsinki, Belgian Weeks 2009)
Clear gold, large tight head. Sharp fruity hoppy aroma - quite punchy, maybe a bit savoury too. Pleasant carbonation, crisp palate. gingery retronasals, with light grains too. Spicy grainy body, clean slightly milky finish, with light grainy ginger and zest - peach and tangerine. Softer with the yeast. No alcohol at all. (Honest - that was my first beer of the evening, it doesn’t look like it!)
