Bottle from ABS. cloudy, glowing golden orange, high, thick head. Very fragrant, peach and orange nose, jammy apricots, creamy, fresh fruit. Creamy, jammy fruit flavor, orange, apricot, grass, some minerals. Nicely juicy. Some biscuits, spicy yeast, lightly funky. Sweet, but somewhat drier finish with peppery hops. Great fruit flavors, just a bit too sweet. Very nice though.

Big swingtop bottle (no volume listed but appears to be a 750ml) that pours out a hazy honey colour. Aroma is weak fruit, grainy malt, and yeast. Flavour is slightly sweet, yeasty, and some peppery spice in the finish.

330ml bottle from Arden Wines. Pours opaque orange with a subsiding whip of foam. Aroma of cough mixture, perfumed hop suggesting pineapple and lemon zest, slight farmyard yeast, plenty of alcohol. Face-off cough mixture front, still condition, more cough mixture, light breadiness, mildly drying flat finish forthright with booze. Promises magic but doesnít deliver.

33 cl. bottle @ Delirium Cave, served @ cellar temperature. The bottle was clearly severely aged but no clear indication as to from which year this might be on the label. The label fell off from the bottle due the fact that age had dissolved the glue & the paper was noticeably discolored from age. Lots of sediment in the bottle as well. The beer itself had evolved far beyond the point where you could even estimate what the original style or flavours might have been. Poured a very murky, opaque reddish amber with lots of yeast in it with a solid but small off-white head. Smell carried a light but not overt lactic sourness, slightly infection-like, moldy, heavy on old yeast, yogurt touch, slightly earthy & very old + very soft fruits. Taste is lactic sweet with some yogurt, heavy on old yeast, lightly moldy & earthly with sticky herbs, light infection, moldy bread, touch fruit, sweet malts in the back & some sweet chocolate. Added chocolate & malts, eventually actually got me into this beer. Carbonation is lightly lively but clearly muted with quite a hazy body.

11.2 oz. bottle. Aroma features melon, brownie, cherry pie, whipped cream, honey, and white grape juice scents. Pours a hazy, lightly cloudy brass with some light-colored suspended particulate. Effervescent: Fast-rising bubbles. Moderate amount of taupe head. Dull, heavy flavor features honey, white grape juice, and cream elements. A bit boozy. Nothing special in the flavor. Dull, bitter aftertaste. Full body. Frothy and fizzy in the palate. Disappointing.

It pours a haze golden color with some floating yeast particles. The aroma is beautifully complex, mainly fruity: banana, citrus, apricot, mellow, apple, and so on. It is also very spicy. Pepper is in there absolutely. The taste follows the aroma but predominantly spicy. Belgian yeast is felt. Medium body, and carbonated as belgians. Overall itís a very well done triple. I felt it delicated but present and with personality. Iíd go for it again.
