Bottle. Cloudy amber with a small head. Sugar cane and rye bread aroma. Citric flavours mixed with spicy rye bread. A bit hard on the tongue with noticeable alcohol.

(Bottled) Very hazy orange with a beautiful, creamy and firm, lacy head, that lasts longer than the beer. Honey-malty, fruity, slightly moldy aroma with vanilla and some acidity. Pale-malty, slightly cardboardy flavor with orange-peel and medium acidity. Alcohol is well hidden without excess sugar. Medium-bodied with quite high, but smooth carbonation. Doesn’t change much with yeast. Not the most complex of refreshing tripel, but gorgeous-looking, quite balanced and enjoyable still. Some of the acidity could be traded for fruitiness, though.

0.33 l bottle. Murky yellow brown color with small vanishing head. Meaty, yeasty, candyish and toffeish aorma with notes of vanilla and pepper. Sweetish, candyish, soapy and peppery flavor with orange and cristmas cookie spices. Soapy yeastiness mask other flavors.

Gushing to rather small, irregular off-white head over fully hazy amber beer with a pinkish glow. End of bottle near solid yeast. Floral, garden herbs, wormwood nose, hint at alcohol. Sweet-spicy flavours, again garden herbs. Factory (thin) waffles, if not so sweet. Bread retronasal. Rather well-bodied, very slick, as wheat slickness, maybe even a bit oily, palate neutral. Nothing is wrong, little is really interesting.

Good off-white head; pale amber beer wiith a lot of suspension. Alcoholic, coriander and white candi sugar in the nose. Combination of alcoholsweet and roasted malts taste, citrus (orange peel), touch of cake or pastry. Alcoholburn, quite well-bodied, long burning sweet-roasted aftertaste. Stereotypic, but good Belgian strong ale. Has faint bready notes, reminiscent of German beers.

very solid triple, the pour was a medium orange color with a lot of head, nice lacing and sediment. The Aroma was of wheat and honey. Maybe a little orange in there. The flavor was smooth with a nice finish, there were traces of wheat, alc, malt, and citrus. Good beer.

from crackedkettle.com - cloudy dark orange colour with a little persistent white head made of big bubbles; aroma of oranges and honey; notes of raisins; highly carbonated and full-bodied, sweet and with a moderate bitterness; long fizzy finish of oranges with a touch of pepper; slightly dry

Bottle at Frigo, Tokyo. Full, copper orange. Sweet malts, fresh fruits, floral, citrus, and apple. Flavor is similar with powerful fruit notes. Alcohol becomes noticeable as it finishes. Medium, sticky body. Pretty interesting and tasty brew.

Bottle. ZBF 2008. Dark golden colour. Good pale malty aroma with freshness. Fresh pale malty flavour with bit acidity. Lacking in heavy maltiness, still tasty!
