Bottle from State Line. Pours turbid orangy with 3-fingers of fluffy, white head. Nose is dry florals, spicy yeast, white pepper, malt. Tastes floral, spicy, malty, with citrus, some orange zest, and a bit drier flavor as it warms. Solid complexity.

Hazy beer with a yellow to orange color. Small white head. A lot of citrus in the nose. Seems like a lot of American hops (Cascade?) was used for dry-hopping. A fresh citrusflavor as well. Nice strong bitterness. Dry bitter finish.

Bottle (ZBF2008)
Dark orange. A little bit sweet and flowery, but also sour too. Some hops. Bit of a mish-mash, not very well integrated, and none of the details stick out enough to be interesting.

Bottle. White quickly disappearing head. Light dishwater-look-alike body. A little bit sticky and spicy aroma. Hoppy and spicy flavor with a long aftertaste. Low carbonation.

From a bottle at ZBF 08. Good hoppy tripel. Really peppery and leafy hop. Well made tripel and quite impressed with it even after drinking for 7 hours.

From a 75 cl bottle at Zythos Beer Festival 2008. Cloudy amber, medium off-white head. Slightly roasted malt aroma with some dried fruits, marzipan, and yeasty notes. Medium bodied and smooth. Nicely balanced.

Tap, at ZBF 2006. Gold, thin but lasting white head and moderate condition. Gentle malt in the nose, some sweet grain in the mouth and a suggestion of spiciness in the finish.

Bottle: Poured a copper color with a hazyness to it, the head was a white jello. The aroma is sweet, but also had that orange peal. The taste is rich malt, there is definately that orange peal and hoppiness to it.
