Bottled 750ml (PBF, BB 08/2013)
Clear yellow color, small steady white head. Coriander-like spicey, a bit earthy and fruity aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity, a bit spicey, crisp. Lingering fruityness in the aftertaste. Very style-like saison but could be more funky to be interesting.

Straw coloured, UFOs. brief head. Milky creamy rice pudding cooked milk aroma, some fruitiness. Slightly watery palate, fairly refreshing, crispish carbonation. Fruity body, fleshy sweet fruits - pineapple. Finish has some nice bready malts, just a hint of saisony farmhouse yeastiness. Sub-par saison

JorisPPattyn (8012) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JAN 13, 2012
Small, but stable white head over fully hazy yellow-ochre beer. Very floral, dried green herbs, blossoms and uncomestible honey. Serious wheat-like aroma. Bitterish, spicy and yeasty. Again wheat (probably: spelt) and garden herbs. Bitter(ish) honey. Refreshing for sure, but a bit sticky in the swallowing. Peppery aftertaste, but not sharp. Rather light body, seems very well-attenuated. Not half bad...
