ZBF 2008: Black beer with very nice lacey light chocolate head. Aromas of roasted malts and candi sugar. Mixed roasted notes and a touch of toasted bread. In the back is a very faint bubblegum. Roast malt flavor with some simple sugars and a splash of apple juice. Mild yellow to green fruits covered by coffee. Nice coffee finish that develops just a hint of tea.
