Bottle. Poured clear dark brown color with an average frothy tan head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate tart fruit and toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture with soft carbonation. Medium fruit sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Very interesting beer.

11.2 oz bottle shared by Tmoney99 notes. Pours a hazy brown color with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor have caramel, Belgian sweetness, pale malts, mild fruit character, yeast, light spice, drinkable, nothing pops.

Rated on 7-11-2015 (Bottle) The appearance is a huge thick frothy ivory head that mostly diminished, slightly hazy amber body, fast rising carbonation, and spotty lacing. The aroma is yeasty, sweet, fruity, caramel malt, and spicy. The flavor is lightly bitter, fruity, yeasty, spicy, and caramel malt. This beerís mouthfeel is spritzy and moderate carbonation. This beer is medium bodied. Overall, this is a quaffable beer but I have drank/rated better of this style.

33cl Bottle .(opens with a horrible gusher) Appearance Brown color wih , huge soapy beige head that lasts for a long time. But if yoir having 2/3 foams itís a bit to much Aroma: malts,,caramel, brown and a sour dominant infection. Tast: quite infected, some caramel with odd infected sour tones. Decent body and carbonation. After sips the rest ended up straight to the sewer. Worst beer in months. There is one good point , the new label is much as the one currently shown in the picture over here.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that were and left behind a no visible carbonation opaque except at the edges dark brown colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The nice aroma was Anise brown ale and old ale. The mildly vinous mouth feel was tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish with a lingering malty aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of old ale mild caramel mildly vinous and brown malt. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

Alone at home. Brown colored beer with yeast poored in, large rock brown foam and no carbonation visible. Malty chocolate aroma with some hopped hints. Full sparkling palate. Finish is malty chocolate ending bitter.
