Cloudy rich yellow, healthy thick head. Herby an grassy aroma, a touch of perfume too. Crisp carbonation. Drying grassy hop taste, quite bitter, and lots of plant-matter. No real indication that this is wheat-based - it’s a fairly standard blonde or tripel. Alcohol is quite well hidden. Finish pretty hoppy, dry and bitter. Quite drinkable, but not exciting me much - I imagine this is right up someone’s street though. bu11zeye (5442), Frisco, Texas, USA
