May 18, 2009 Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast and dusty hops, as well as lighter notes of over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry and lightly spicy finish.

Apr 29, 2009 Bottled at Monks Café, Sveavägen, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy golden colour with a medium-sized firm white foam. Dryish spicy and a bit hoppy aroma of yeast, oranges, cedar and apricots. Medium-bodied with fruity and spicy notes of nectarines, oranges, mild ginger, grass and cedar. Crisp medium-bitter finish of orangey, grassy, spicy and cedary hops surrounded by round elegant spicy yeast and pale biscuity malts. Another tasty brew from this brewer.

Mar 20, 2009 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Dry yeasty and mild spiced coriander aroma. Smooth caramel and light wheaty flavoured with a nice mellow yeasty note. Dry and phenolic finish. Nice one.

Cloudy rich yellow, healthy thick head. Herby an grassy aroma, a touch of perfume too. Crisp carbonation. Drying grassy hop taste, quite bitter, and lots of plant-matter. No real indication that this is wheat-based - it’s a fairly standard blonde or tripel. Alcohol is quite well hidden. Finish pretty hoppy, dry and bitter. Quite drinkable, but not exciting me much - I imagine this is right up someone’s street though.
