Ongefilterd bier met hergisting op de fles. Amber biertje met licht alcohol gehalte. Lichte bitterheid zorgt voor een goed doordrinkbaar gestenat.
unfiltered beer with bottle-conditioning. Amber coloured with light alcoholcontent. Slight bitterness makes it easily drinkable.

UPDATED: MAY 26, 2007 Had it on draught as wel as from bottle. A very fruity beer smell that you still find in the taste. The alcolhol taste is not there but it is still rather strong beer instead of light.

From bottle, yesterday @ ZBF. Now this brew is only 5,5 % alc. Hazy dark amber color, with off-white head. Aroma caramel, malts, fruity. Medium body. Taste full malts, bitterness, fruits touch. Very good for such a low alc. beer.

bottle(fantasie) pours hazy deep yellow with a thin white head. Aroma has lemon, grass, sugar cane, and some yeast. It’s slightly sweet and bitter with heavy carbonation. I get some orange and light smokiness. I’ve read they use spent whiskey malt and it is aparent. This seems alot like a saison or a farmhouse in it’s light and slighlty spicy nature. Very enjoyable and easy to drink. My bottleis listed at 5 percent, the brewers website says 9?

Cloudy amber color; medium creamy head. It has a wonderful malt aroma, grainy, some hop, honey. The body is dry and thin, there is some papery malt flavor, but less interesting. Correct bitterness, the final is dry, without sweetness, too light; the yeast gives a light harsh touch. Good.

Bottle. Pours deep hazy amber with a persistent head. Fruity and spicy aroma with hints of yeast. Complex fruity spice flavours with green apples in the lead. Enjoyable

Draught. Fully hazy orange-foxy beer with a yellowish tinted head of gargantuan proportions, leaving textbook lace. Very fruity/estery nose with oranges, strawberries, kakifruit. Coloured malts, ambréemalt. Again a vaguely strawberry reminiscence in the taste, going over in very fruity flavours. I seem to get quite some tannines. Citrus is still present. Certain mineral water quality; refreshing, slickness in the finish. Pleasing beer, if not really great, but IMO already the best from this young microbrewer.
9% - light in alcohol????
