Bottled at Monks Café, Sveavägen, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy brownish amber colour with a huge eruptive tan foam. Yeast, cinnamon, caramel and lemon-zest in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of nuts, mild yeast, toffee, caramel ans caramel witha sharp undertone of lemon-zest and anise-seeds. Medium-bitter finish of spices and fudge but I think this bottle was a bit infected. Still, the healthy part was well-crafted. Needs a re-rate if possible.

Bottle: Cloudy, amber coloured, extremely gushing, there fore a huge - slowly collapsing - off-white fluffy head; phenolic-sourish nose with a little barnyardy touch over a basic fruitiness; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; sourish-wheaty finish, combined with a tart bitterness. No glory at all.........

Bottle thanx to Jerre. A little hazy amber/red colored beer, with a huge beige head. The aroma of hop bitters, with a lot of fruits. Notes of spices. The taste is bitter, with malts and fruits like citrus. Some spices in the back. The aftertaste is bitter with some sweets. The beer reminds me at an Orval.
