First smell clear tropical fruits. First taste: smooth, tropical fruits, refreshing. You wonder if it really is 9 percent. The bitter is very balanced. It also has that typical ij aftertaste. For a double ipa incredibly smooth. Not a long aftertaste, but after every sip you come back for more. ---Rated via Beer Buddy (iOs)

Fuerte carácter. Amarga intensa pero camuflada por intensa presencia alcohólica. Excelente.

Soft haze, burnt golden, neat ringed white head. Bright gummy clementine nose. Matching initial taste, clean and smashing bitterness. Clean break carbonation. Finishes steely bitter mango.

Bottled from Biernavigatie.nl. Hazy brown colored, lasting beige head. Beautiful hoppy nose, grapefruit, pine, fruity, grassy. Hopbitter flavor, lots of fruit, pine, malty notes too, some caramel, interesting yeasty flavor. Low on carbonation. Adding the yeast shot mellows the bitterness. Very well balanced brew, dangerously drinkable, almost no alcohol presence. I guess the Simcoe and yeast strain really make it my kind of dipa. Great collaboration.

Bottle 330ml @ ZUP, Wrocław. Deep hazy orange colour, small white head. In aroma there are some sweet tropical fruits, a little bit of piny notes and a lot of caramel. Alcohol is nicely hidden, in taste there is too much of a caramel, which makes this beer too sweet, and there isn’t enough bitterness that could ballanced it.

(’t IJ / De Molen Double IPA) Bottle 330 ml from skullgeorge, many thanks! Poured into a tulip, ABV 9% Very deep orange/red colour on the body, small and thick enough off-white head, with good retention, leaving light lacing on the glass. Aroma has lots of tropical fruits, passion fruit, bubblegum, smells very fresh and appealing. Taste has also plenty of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, light caramel too, the alcohol notable on the finish. Very bitter from the first sip, with the bitterness carrying on to the aftertaste, with long duration too. Medium body, good carbonation, very dry palate. Great beer and great IPA, this collaboration worked damn fine.
