3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle @ WWT II. Hazy golden pour with a small white head. Aroma is very citrussy, full of lime and can definitely smell the citra. Flavor is quite bitter with a light malty backbone. Very decent IPA, nothing more, nothing less.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Great aroma, that’s for sure. Incredibly big head, foamy and sticky that stays for quite some time. The first part of the taste is nice and flowery, then it turns a little too bitter, grapefruit style. That remains just a little too long.
Bottle from De Bierkoning.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
33 cl bottle @ home. Copper color, ever so slightly hazy. Big, very dense off white head with long retention and good lacing. Aroma’s of piney/resinous hops, citrus, and typical IJ yeast. Retronasal the hop aroma’s are harsher, bitter. Flavor is rather bitter, earthy, with a light acidity. Body is medium. Quite high carbonation. Long bitter finish

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours hazy dark golden with some sediments, and a very big head. Aroma is bitter hops with pine and forestry notes of ferns and flowers. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is quite bitter, all though with sweet notes of apricot, honey and orange before the long citrusy bitterness kicks in through the finish.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle at home in garden, evening, 29th June 2013. Pours murky deep orange, brown. Aroma is yeast is sour notes, yeast, and fruity. Taste is aromatic, the kaffir lime leaves really come through, together with hops and sourness, not sure if sourness is the kaffir lime or not. Unique and very enjoyable IPA.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle @ WWT II. Pours hazy golden/orange with a medium white head. Aroma is definitely citra hops and the lime can also be detected. Not the typical IJ yeast in the aroma, which is a good thing imo. Taste is fruity hops, lime and a nice bitterness. Nice IPA and finally a beer from ’t IJ in which the yeast is not overly present.
