33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 20.07.2011
Lots of foam when pouring. Aroma is nice, fresh and sour with leathery and earthy notes. Also some sour apple. Reminds me of orval. Way too much CO2 on palate, it foams so much in my mouth that I can hear the noise. Flavour is sour with earthy notes and some warming alcohol. This has some elements from an aged belgian ale. Interesting and nice.

Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is pretty light, mostly malts. Flavor is malts and hops. Doesn’t taste like a 9% beer at all, so good.

Bottle. BBE 0812. Reddosh amber with a huge, off-white head that doesn’t completely dissipate at any point. Aroma is banana, spiciness (black pepper), salted and roasted peanuts, fruit esters. Taste is banana, black pepper, tones of other spices, Belgian fruit, salted and roasted peanuts. Palate is full and fairly carbonated.

Bottle. Pours a light hazy golden, with a full head. Aroma is burned malt, with notes of cereal and dark, dried fruits. Flavour has lots of dark fruits and heavy malts, combined with a good bitterness. A fabulous beer.

Dark orange with foamy head (it spilled out right as I opened the bottle). Aroma of yeast, clove and honey. Spicy and with a persistent taste.
