An amber, craft beer with generous amounts of hops and alcohol. This copper-gold beer is a real heavyweight and a must for beer lovers. The liberal quantities of malt and bitter hops create a complex, full flavour. It starts as slightly sweet with malty aromas of chocolate, fruit and grain, while the bitter hops stand out nicely in the aftertaste. A feast for the connoisseur!

Dark orange with foamy head (it spilled out right as I opened the bottle). Aroma of yeast, clove and honey. Spicy and with a persistent taste.

Draft at the source, pours hazy orange with a sopay white head. Nice head and lace. Aromas and flavor are caramel, fruit, and other semi-sweet malt tones. I guess there’s some Columbus in there but its such a terrible hop especially when its alone. Average.

Aroma: Malt, toast, caramel, hop, flowers, fruit, yeast. Could have been more defined. Appearance: Amber/brown beer with a white/off-white head. Taste/Palate: Caramel, hop, fruit. Sweet fruits, ends spicy thanks to the yeast.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear orange coloured pour with a lasting off white froth. Aroma is Belgian blond yeast with a little grassy orange, sweet honey. Flavour is composed of semi sweet honey, hints of caramel, tangy harsh orange bitterness, solvent and hot alcohol. Belgian yeast. Palate is medium bodied, sweet, verging on sticky, highish carbonation. Lingering harsh bitterness.

Bottle 33 cl. Amber color, slightly hazy color, good white foam. Aroma: very fruity and sweet malt, wine, esters (yeast), toffee, a little floral hops, light spiciness. Taste: strong bitterness (alcohol and hops), fruits, plums and malt. Rude and unbalanced ale.

From a bottle, bb01/2016. Light-brown, hazy, full white head with a nice lacing. A bit musty and metallic smell at first (unpleseant), then honey, malt, esters and yeast. Full malty body, some fruitiness, some nice yeasty notes. Medium level of bitterness and carbonation. Long taste.

On tap at Loosje. A very creamy, powerful ale. Orange flavor and orange color. Tastes of honey, peachy and very spicy, w/ coriander taste.
