Straw yellow cloudy beer with white foam head. Floral hop aroma. Taste of citrus fruits. Dry with a bitter aftertaste.

Bottle 33cl. Yellow gold with a medium white head. Not too much carbonation. Aroma which reminds me of citrus peels; I can also recognize hints of malts. The taste is flat at first, but then quickly a very explicit bitterness develops which gets even sharper in the aftertaste. Not usual, not bad. Itís more IPA type then blond as the bottle states.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Tea, lemon, peach and yeast in the aroma. Crisp, hoppy and refreshing taste with melon, peach and apricot detected.

Bottle at de la gare. Hazy golden pour, thin white head. Aroma is quite funky, some cardboard, wet dog and horse blanket. Flavor is swampy, funky, slightly bitter and a bit thin. Quite bad.

A slightly cloudy, but quite yellow beer with a white firm layer of foam. A fully, hop-like aroma which also contains a bit of sourness. It tastes a a lot like the carbon dioxide, which reduces the rest of the tastes. A bitter aftertaste hangs around for a while.

Not much aroma and not much head. A bit of malts... Typically lager like. Lemon like fresh taste with a little bitter. Not special, but much better than a regular lager!

This was brewed for the tap at Bar Bukowski in Amsterdam before ít IJ decided to bottle it and sell it named Flink. A perfect session brew. Not too strong and very flavorsome. There are nice floral citrussy bitter hops and a funky element as well as nice yeast notes. Probably not the most exciting Belgian Ale but as a bar brew it is way ahead of all the macro pilsners.

Not to bad but also nothing special. Little sour, some sweetness but no heavy tones of spices.

This is a light beer. This is a refreshing beer. This is a dry beer. This is a thirst quencher. This is a nice drinking beer. Even if the hop bitterness is quite strong, it shows an interesting balance between floral, citric american hops and herb, tarty european hops. A soft drink side taste may attract the masses - I would have appreciated if it wasnít there. The finish is not as bitter as you might expect but itís the basic bitterness that stays in your mouth - the rest fades quickly. This light pale ale tries to cover itís lack of body with an interesting mixture of american and european hop notes. This makes the beer refreshing without making it too complex. A nice thirst quencher for a sunny day on a dutch terrace - and so much better than the dutch mass production lagers!
