COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our I.P.A. is a dark-blonde beer with an emphatic, hoppy flavour. We add hops to the beer during the maturing process as well as the brewing to produce delicious aromas of flowers and grapefruit. A beer with a fruity, bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time.

Flasche 33cl. Orangefarben, trüb, riesiger feinporiger Schaumberg. Perfekter Auftritt! Sehr gut gemacht! Smaakelig!

Hazy, shimmering yellow color, with a decent, froth head. Aromas are defined by an incredible fresh grassiness, amongst floral and bready notes. The nose does also include a tropical aspect, unveiling watermelon and grapefruit, which accompanies herbal tones in a very pleasant way. Taste reveals a fantastic, intriguing interplay between grassy herbs, with a pleasant onion sting, and juicy, fruity watermelon. The bitterness is well balanced by white-bread malts, still producing an enjoyable dryness among tropical undertones. Finishes with sweeter malts, which are standing out against a crisp, dry bitterness, which reaches its peak by unfolding an unique watermelon fruitiness, supported by a metallic, lively carbonation.

Perhaps the most bitter IPA I have ever tasted and also the one with the least interesting aroma. Doesn’t have more to offer than bitter hoppyness.

0.33L tap. Pours clear golden with a white. head. Really powerful hop aromas: tons of grapefruit and floral hops. Flavor is the same: floral hops and lots of citrus, including grapefruit. Mild sweetness balanced with medium bitterness. Medium-light body with a slick mouthfeel and mild carbonation. Overall, really emphasizes the hops, so not so balanced, but it does it really well. Yum!

Buddel: Deep golden to orangey, cloudy, big rocky and slowly collapsing off-White head; moderate to solid dryish piney-herbal nose with a bready-caramelly background; moderate and not too dry bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and pretty soft; dry lingering citrussy-piney finish, balancing malt and some bread detectable. Really O.K. ...

330 ml bottle
Hazy orange beer with big white head. Aroma has juicy fruits, including apricot and mango, with pine. Flavor is also very fruity juicy with resinous bitterness. Palate is medium full with quite strong carbonation and feel of bitterness. Finish has quite strong dry bitterness with grapefruit and pine on the aftertaste. Decent, but a bit too fruit juicy, could use some sweetness to connect the flavors together.
