Tap @ de mug, Nijmegen. Served too cold as a cloudy yellow beer with a short white head. Soft aroma of citrussy hops, bit spicy yeast. Medium bitter taste, too yeasty again. Maybe should try this again, but this was a disappointment after the ciel bleu i had last week.

33 cl. bottle poured in to a tulip. Muddy, amber colour with a huge, fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, resin, plums, pines and grapefruit. Some floral hops. Taste is bitter. Medium body, average carbonation. Finishes dry, bitter with floral and sweet, overripe fruits. A different take on the IPA.style.

2013 - 05 - 14 330ml bottle. hazy, orange golden colour. BIG foamy frothy white head (it even keeps foaming out of the bottle) floral, herbal aroma. bitter taste.

Bottle. Dark golden, cloudy, average to large and mostly lasting head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, light caramel, tropical fruitiness with piney and grapefruit hoppyness. Body is medium to full, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel, tropical fruitiness, piney and grapefruit hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, some caramel, piney - some grapefruit hoppyness, light alcohol. Really nice hoppyness in the aroma, but flavor/finish has too much caramel/too sweet.

Small white head. Hazy amber body. Resiny mango aroma with chalky orangey notes. Dry-sweet resiny orangey mango taste with chalky notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish mealy mouthfeel. Dry resiny mealy aftertaste with mango and oranges notes. Slightly funky and spicy, too. Nice, drinkable, interesting. (0.33l bottle at Café Gollem, Amsterdam.)

Mooi donker oranje kleur. Typische IJ schuimkraag. Neus vol hop. Smaken van grapefruit en ananas aangenaam. Niet heel erg bitter in de nasmaak. Lekkere mondvol bier. Gevaarlijk doordrinkbaar. Als je een boer laat proef je de hop en de hopbitterheid. Aanbevolen dus. Veel van drinken en flink boeren

Pours light muddy yellow with a big, creamy, white head. Aroma has peach, citrus, light yeast, softly doughy, pine and resin. Medium carbonation, fine dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, bitter, resin, peach, pine. Fine bitter finish. Nice.

250ml at the brewery. The aroma is sweet and pineapple. A very nice dark orange cloudy color with a nice head. Taste is sour and sweet with a light dryness in the end. A superb IPA. Love it.

On tap at ’t IJ Proeflokaal, Amsterdam on 16th March 2013. Hazy amber with thinning off-white lacing foam. Richly hoppy aroma with cheesy yeasts. Grapefruit tanginess in-mouth with savoury touch. Excellent grapefruit finish. Zingy mouthfeel.
