COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our I.P.A. is a dark-blonde beer with an emphatic, hoppy flavour. We add hops to the beer during the maturing process as well as the brewing to produce delicious aromas of flowers and grapefruit. A beer with a fruity, bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time.

The ’Amsterdamse India pale ale’, as the front label says, with an off-white, sticky head and misty peach blonde colour. Aroma of white grapes, tonic water, hemp, orange peel, bitter honey, grapefruit and some vague sulphuric accent. Taste begins freshly fruity and citrussy, impressions of grapefruit, orange and peach, nicely evolving over a honeyish and somewhat caramelly maltiness into a powerfully spicy and peppery hoppiness that renders it a dry, bitter and long finish. Very typical for an IPA but nice and well-done - as usual with this brewery.

Butelka 33cl. Kolor piany to brudna biel. Przypomina trochę piwa z browaru Bastogne o charakterystycznych nutach korzennych i warzywnych. Wygląd brzydki. Alkohol dobrze ukryty i łatwe w piciu. Tylko trza lubić... . OCENA : smak : 6/10 pijalność : 6/10 styl : -2

0.33l bottle. Dark orange body, huge white head. Aroma of caramel, bread, piny and citrusy hops with a light clove character. Taste of bread, cloves and citrusy hops. It would be a mellow IPA if it wasn’t the phenolic note. Not bad though.

Bottled. 15cl sample. The aroma has grapefruit, citrus, little hint of pine. Bit hazy, golden coloured beer with a big, white head. The taste is moderate bitter citric, and there are some yeast tones present. Pretty good, but can be cleaner imo.
