Our I.P.A. is a dark-blonde beer with an emphatic, hoppy flavour. We add hops to the beer during the maturing process as well as the brewing to produce delicious aromas of flowers and grapefruit. A beer with a fruity, bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time.

Pours a hazy orange color with a white head. There’s a really sweet nose to this. Dominated by bread and toasted malt with a light floral hoppiness. Some hints of pine in the background. The flavor has just a bit of hop bitterness. Otherwise, intense malty sweetness of toast and toffee. A weird spice note, perhaps from the yeast strain? A really sweet citrus character, too.

F: big, white, good retention. C: deep golden to orange, light hazy, transparent. A: malty, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, tropical fruits, light toast. T: tangerine, grapefruit, malty, toast, biscuit, long lasting but not very offensive bitterness, smooth mouthfeel, medium body, good balanced IPA with normal carbonation, worth to try, 0,33l bottle from AH supermarket in Amsterdam.

At ’t IJ, Amsterdam. Clears gold-yellow. Tall white foam. Balanced hop aroma. Fairly bitter body, creamy overall. Crisp, dry and bitter. Amber malt, a little caramel. A bit off for me, bitter and sharp.

Super Bier. Erinnert eher an ein belgisches Bier, da der Nachgeschmack erfreulich fruchtig ist. Was das Label mit dem Bier zu tun hat, erschließt sich mir nicht.

bottle kindly given by Thomas; a very Belgian interpretation of the style, reminded me even a bit of Taras Boulba or Wadesda no. 5 and 6. Aromas of apricots with a strong earthy aspect, even little hints of barnyard, a bit of hay, and a bit of pink grapefruit, but not a lot. Suprised that Citra and Cascade should bring those aromas - or was it the yeast? Anyway, a great beer that gets better with every sip. More apricots and herbs in taste, earthy/grapefruit bitterness, very well balanced. Very good!

Bottle at home. Deep hazy golden orange colour. Hops, grapefruit and orange citrus. Solid malt backbone with a long bitter citrus finish. Tasty.

Disappointing. Feels like all fresh hops are gone, some fainted fruitines, bit weird messy vegies, luscious silky texture, quite close to gone off beer. Light sweetness with light bitterness. Can finish, but..

Smells of asparagus first, then unripe sundew melow, the tasteless watery non-sweet part next to the rind. Tastes just the same. Later a pulsey graininess. Taste too. Messy. Way too vegetal in several different ways. Bad brew, or at least bad batch.

Bottle shared at Kenny’s 20K tasting - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. This beer might be a little ’aged’. Lots of crackery pale malts, honey, pine needles. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Warming finish with more crackers, pine and old citrus fruits. So so.
