Our I.P.A. is a dark-blonde beer with an emphatic, hoppy flavour. We add hops to the beer during the maturing process as well as the brewing to produce delicious aromas of flowers and grapefruit. A beer with a fruity, bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time.

Bottled from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Very hazy orange-brown colored, lots of tiny yeast particles, off-white thick and lasting head. Hops in aroma (of course), but also caramel notes, malts, some spices, and the t IJ yeast is definitely there. Yeasty flavor, hoppy, caramel malts, developing flavor from initially somewhat sweet towards a more bitter and dry finish. Dry and warming (thatís surprising) finish. The t IJ fingerprint is definitely there, a very original angle on the IPA style.

Poura a cloudy orange colour with little carbonation and a small, but lasting head. Strong sweet fruity aroma, some notes of lychee, citrusfruits and bitter hints there. Taste is a nice balance of sweet, sour and bitter fruits in the taste. Nice body, goes down with a touch of warmth, good beer.

Tap@Fermentoren, CPH - golden/orange pour with a small white head. Aroma and taste is prominent floral and fruity hoppy, grassy, light toasty, caramel, some more floral and some slight herbal notes leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle 33cl. Cloudy golden/orange.with a white head. Hoppy aroma, not the typical flowerful citrus ones which often are used. Pure bitter taste, well done. Medium length.

Bottle 0,33. Murky amber body with white dense head. Aroma is typical IPA, mango, citrus, standard fruity hops, maybe a slight wet sock too. Palate is smooth mouthful, carbonation is balanced and still crispy. Taste is very bitter, malty notes and slight sugary finish in mouth due to ABV. Finish is nice long-lasting bitterness still lingering on your tongue almost a minute or so. A good IPA for 7 % ABV, heavy but still light and easy to drink.

Bottle from Dranken Geers. Cloudy orange colour, a lot of white foam. Active carbonation. Malty body with aroma of grapefruit and citrus. Bitter and dry hoppy finish. Medium body. Not easy drinkable, a bit too much carbonation.

Bottle 33cl. Light brown with a creamy top. Aroma is sweet but has metallic hints. Taste is very bitter with the characteristics of IPA very prominent. Not easy, but I like it.
