3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 FatPhil (5965) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - AUG 26, 2008
330ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Muddy red, even though poured with minimal yeast, small fizzy head. Quite fizzy in the mouth. Sour husky graininess, in aroma. Pleasant roastiness, some sour fruitiness, dry spicy yeastiness. A little muddy, tastewise as well as looks, but very pleasant hops. Not particularly deep or complex.
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Rastacouere (5900) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 9, 2005
Muddy caramel to copper. Light off-white head. Oxidized dulled fruits aroma hints at cardboard, melon and sawdust. Slightly tart, wet, nutty and roasty (coffee?), but nowhere rich.. Slightly creamy texture make it seems like it may not be at its best flavour wise, but as it is (still quite a few months before expiration) it feels like a hole in T Ij portfolio.

Strange bitter-sweet flavour, i got heaps of citrus in there, also a bit tart and acidic, i liked it, but had a slightly off flavour.

Had this on tap at the brewpub, Amsterdam, 27th Oct 2009 Pours murky amber with a whitefilmy head. This has a slightly muted nose but there is a touch of vanilla and spice. Good warmth from the alcohol, this like the other beers is quite lovely. A7 A3 F7 P4 Ov15 3.6
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Skinnyviking (5472) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 26, 2007
Bottle. Hich creamy and long lasting off-white head. Hazy dark orange body. Sweet and fruity barley malt aroma with some caramel as well. Astonishingly hoppy flavor of fruits with a good deal of carbonation and a dry and long bitter aftertaste. Alcohol percentage seems just right.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Cornfield (5239) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - MAY 3, 2005
This pours a hazy brown color with lots of yeasty residue. The full tan head retreats into a light cap which lingers and laces the length of the drink. The aroma is somewhat musty, but it’s got a nutty malt aroma with brown sugar and juicy dark fruits. The flavor is a sweet, nutty malt with a surprising rush of chocolate overlaying the fruity tastes. The finish is mildly bitter and tart. Good drink.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 rlgk (5238) - Skövde, SWEDEN - NOV 6, 2005
Amber, offwhite head. Toffe aroma with figs and some spices. Milky, malty flavor, a bit sourish and with a mild bitter finish.
