COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our pils is a sturdy, hoppy and blossomy blond beer, which is top fermented. Brewed from 100% barley malt. You really should have a couple of these in your fridge. On tap only in our tasting room and Cafe De Balie.

Golden hue with little to no head. Citrusy throughout. A great summer beer. Too bad I had it in October...

Bottle 33 cl, Cracked Kettle. pours cludy yellow with a huge fluffy and creamy white head leaving lacing. Aroma is a bit smokeyham, hoppy yeasty fruity cloves malty hay and a bit sweet. Flavor is crispy and clean, acidy sweet fruity and bitter; all well in balance. Finishes longlived bitter fruity.

Gravicask at the Belgian & Dutch Bar Vesalius, GBBF ’11. Near-clear, yellow-gold body. No head, but spotty lace to my one-third pint glass. Grassy smell with hints of lemon. Mild taste of sweet noble hops with lighter notes of grain and spices. Smooth bitter endnotes. Refreshing, prima pils (Earls Court, London, 03.08.2011).

Pours slightly hazy gold into a pilsner. Bright white head recedes at a medium pace leaving spider lacing. Marshmallow and lemon aromas. Crisp with sweet cantaloupe upfront turning to bitter lemon pith in the lasting finish.

On draft at the brewery. A nice crisp refreshing pilsner. Yellow with a white head. Very drinkable.

Bottle in Amsterdam. Pours a hazy, yellow-gold with a generous, white head. Crispy toast malts, grass, and light earth on the nose. Light sweet flavor, some dried grains, kind of sharp and dry grass, weeds and rinds. Light bodied with average carbonation. Has a dry, deeply grassy hop finish. Could use a bit more sweetness. Alright overall, though the lack of sweetness at times makes the hops seem a bit astringent.
