Great witte. Pale golden color. The sediment is so distinct it looks like a lava lamp in my glass. The head is a bee hive of symmetry. The nose is full of sour fruit. I almost feel like I’m in an orange grove. The taste is as full of citrus as the nose promised followed by an almost sticky finish. Awesome.

3/2005 bottle date. Hazy amber orange, moderate head, decent lacing and retention. Aroma is very yeasty with notes of coriander, spices, lemons, citrus. Fairly light bodied, a strange take on the style.

Bottle. Pale yellow golden with a fine eggwhite-like head. Fruity and spicy aroma with coriander present, but also tart orange. Orange flavours, good yeastiness, some subdued spices. Warming alcohol, relatively light body. Complex and refreshing.

bottle from lowlander. Pale gold with a dense white head. Aroma of candied tangerine, cherry, honey and banana. Spiced taste with malt, orange and lemon fading out to vanilla. Nice icecream-like finish of orange and vanilla with some pineapple. Alcohol is well hidden. A REALLY good wit.

Tap at T´Ij, march 07. Aroma is strange sulphurous nots and some milk. Very penetrating house character. Strange sweetish flavor, candi like with spice notes and a fruity ending. Spicy-acid finnish. Medium MF, punch of fruity and spicy flavors. A bit too dense and chewy for a wit, mild carbonatation. Hazy yellow color and a thin white lace-leaving bubbly head. A rich, albet slightly sturby, wit.

from crackedkettle.com - cloudy blond-orange colour, stable little head; charming aroma with spicy notes (coriander comes to mind) and some corns; creamy mouthfeel, full-bodied; some sweetness and a fair tart bitterness; very long spicy finish with some residual sweetness - another very good beer from this excellent brewery
