Small head, yellow body. Aroma with loads of coriander, lemon pie, orange and white sugar. Sugary at first, balanced from their on. Pretty fresh and easy to drink. Very nice example of the style. (On tap at ’t IJ)

Pours a golden beer with a little head. The smell was pretty standard for a white beer. The taste was good also the palate. Nice ABV which makes the taste better I think

250ml on tap at the Windmill brew pub. Aroma is light sweet and yeast-ish. Appearance is pale golden with a fine white foam. Taste is slightly sweet but more or less sour and light bitter in the end. A long lasting light dry mouth feel. A very good Belgish Wit.

Slightly white, unclear weizen-like beer. It has the typical weizen-like smell, but you have to look for it. The typical weizen-like taste remains in the background, and is being overrun by bitterness. The palate isn’t bitter at all. Licht witjes, troebel weizen achtig uiterlijk. Het aroma heeft wel de typische weizen geur, maar je moet er wel naar zoeken. Ook in de smaak blijft het op de achtergrond, en de bitterheid overheerst. De afdronk is subtiel en totaal niet bitter.

Tasted 14/4/2013 330ml bottle BB 3/2014. Poured a cloudy yellow colour with a one- to two-finger white foamy head that retained well and laced OK. Low carbonation. Aroma of grainy malt and a trace of cloves. Taste of sweet malt and a trace of cloves followed by a nice hops bitterness. Light body. Smooth finish. Very nice; very refreshing.

HOME 20130415 (33 cl bottle); A nearly clear, yellow beer (more yeast in the bottle) with a good white head. The aroma is some wheat, a little too much coriander, somewhat marmalade and flowers/honey. The taste starts a little sweet with a feeling of wheat. Somewhat herbs and spices (coriander), little sour in the middle of the taste and same bitterness (hop) extra in the aftertaste. Also curacao peels. The balance of the taste is okay. With the yeast the body increase and the taste become better. Than also some bananas in the taste. Later the beer becomes a little sticky.

Licht kruidig, gekaramaliseerde noten en wat fruit. Smaak kruidig met zoet, wat bitter in het tweede bedrijf. Goede balans.

Cloudy pale straw color with a white head. Tons of coriander on the aroma along with some citrus peel, a nice bread sweetness, and some yeast. A touch of lemon in there as well. The flavor is a bit more bread/malt forward. Some nice coriander spice flavor, a light orange peel flavor and bitterness, some straw, and yeast. Quite sweet, actually.
