An orange beer with a white disappearing head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander - a nice aroma for a wit. The flavor is dominated by wheat but also has notes of coriander and lemon before a dry end sets in. The body is thin and the flavor is boring.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a tall, creamy and rather stable head. Fruity and slightly sour nose. Lots of fruit in the flavour - mandarin? No bitterness, but a weak sourish finish. This may not really look like a Belgian Witbier, and it’s also too strong - but flavourwise it’s moving in that direction. 280705

Bottled. Orange coloured andvery cloudy. Aroma of orange and curacao. very yeasty and fruity, with thick vinus mouthfeel. Rather sweet. Bitter finish. Very interesting and flavourful wit, but refreshing it is not.

33 cL bottle, not a gusher. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is classic t IJ bottled: brett-ish dry and citric with a mild spice and wheaty note. Flavour is dry wheaty with a mild citric note into the finish. Ends dry and mild spiced on the back of the tongue.

Bottle. Unclear orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, citrus - orange, moderate yeasty, wheat, coriander. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (190408)

Draught. Slightly spicy, citric aroma. Slightly hazy orange colour. Medium-sized, stable white head. Orange flavour, a bit like orange juice. Also some spices, the usual witbier ones. Creamy mouthfeel, not as highly carbonated as many other wits.

Bottled. Hazy nutbrownish orange colour with a huge white creamy head, leaves good lace. Strong citrusfruit and wheat in nose. Slight alcoholic sweetness as well as sugary notes there too. Flavour is wheat, yeast, barley, malts and fruit. Sweet perfumic flavour in finish. Aftertaste is caramel, yeast, and some bittering hops. Totally crazy witbier, in a good way! Palate would be excellent, but gets slightly ruined by a quite sharp carbonation.
