330 ml bottle. From the Netherlands. Hazy yellow-amber colour with huge foamy off-white head. Delicious aroma of citrus, abricot, banana, grapefruit, coriander, yeast and some spices. Excellent combination of sweetness, bitterness and sourness. Flavour with yeast, fruits (citrus/grapefruit/apple), wheat, some spices and warming alcohol. Excellent strong Witbier. More of ’t IJ for me please.

bottle from lowlander. Pale gold with a dense white head. Aroma of candied tangerine, cherry, honey and banana. Spiced taste with malt, orange and lemon fading out to vanilla. Nice icecream-like finish of orange and vanilla with some pineapple. Alcohol is well hidden. A REALLY good wit.

Nice and chewy wit with a good flavor that avoids spicy excess. On tap at the brewery. Pours cloudy orange-gold, banana and bubble-gum nose. Tastes a little sweet but not cloying, with orange notes and light bitterness. Refreshing. Thick mouthfeel.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy light gold, with a fairly large head. Recommended by the barkeep as a good beer for the rather hot day. Very fruity smelling. The body was very light with a taste of lemons and wheat. This beer is very smooth and fresh. I’m not sure if the bottle would be as good.

Watery and weak. Some notes of something sour. Not very interesting, but not bad either. Just boring.

Quite a pleasant wit. poured out of the bottle a hazy yellow with a nice active white head. Very nice lemony spicy flavor, with nice active palate. One of the better wits
