Bottle from paisley beer fest. Aroma is typically belgiun wit, the soft wheat and caramel, orange peel and a lemon tartness is clear. The taste is similar, very good carbonation and very drinkable indeed.

Jul 20, 2008 Bottle: Cloudy yellow orange, big white head. Aroma of IJ yeast, some banana, wheat. Taste is very smooth, spicy, some banana, wheat. Full mouthfeel. On tap @ IJ brouwerij: Somewhat sweeter and a bit sour. Bottle has more flavours to uncover. Somewhat different for the style, but definitely a great, if not the best, wit.

Jul 14, 2008 On draft at brewpub 6/18. Pours cloudy orange with a light, frothy head. Nose of spice, wheat, and banana. Has a fair bit of citrus and spice in the finish. Very nice wit.

Jun 25, 2008 Draft at brewery. Pours a very cloudy orange yellow. Aroma is nice wheat- coriander and sweetness. Flavor is very wheaty but coriander and lemon bitter finish.

Jun 8, 2008 Bottle. The underdog of the night, no doubt about it. Pour has some deiment, huey yellow somewhat dark. Citrus, wheat, mild tart flavors. Incredible balance here. Nose is sharp coriander. Reminds me of Jolly Pumpkin Cala in regards to the nose. Nice alc too. Overall, Probably the best Wit I have ever tasted.

Jun 6, 2008 What an awesome Belgian white. This beer was amazing. It had it all. Light yellow pour with a gorgeous haze. The aroma was full of wheat. The flavor was a heavily carbonated wheat that tickled the nose. Very good. Just overall a great witbier.
