The underdog of the night, no doubt about it. Pour has some deiment, huey yellow somewhat dark. Citrus, wheat, mild tart flavors. Incredible balance here. Nose is sharp coriander. Reminds me of Jolly Pumpkin Cala in regards to the nose. Nice alc too. Overall, Probably the best Wit I have ever tasted. Brewer101 (161), New Jersey, USA Jun 6, 2008 What an awesome Belgian white. This beer was amazing. It had it all. Light yellow pour with a gorgeous haze. The aroma was full of wheat. The flavor was a heavily carbonated wheat that tickled the nose. Very good. Just overall a great witbier. jredmond (583), New Jersey, USA Jun 5, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy yellow body with sediment and small white lacing. Aroma is spice and coriander.
