COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A golden Tripel-style ale. A little lighter in alcohol, but not in flavor, than Westmalle, and more drinkable. It matches the best of Belgium.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with a big white head that lasts. Aroma is spicy citrus with a hint of caramel. Flavour is fairly similar to the aroma but with more tropical fruit, such as pineapple and passionfruit. Quite fizzy on the palate, this is a fair bit lighter, and more enjoyable, than the other beers I have had from this brewer.

Pours hazy golden orange with a decent, fizzy off white head. Nose is typical of t’ij beers, mildly tart frutis with some belgin yeast spice present too. Palate is more in line with what one would expect from a tripel. Lively carbonation that dries up the palate along with significant yeast spice and some relatively mild citrus fruit notes. Another pleasant albeit peculiar t’ij beer. Might have to do some research on the type of fermentation/yeast they use as house style is clearly evident.

330ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a foamy head. Fruity and slightly spicy aroma with hints of apricot. Fruity taste with some spicy and hoppy elements and a slight sweetness. Not bad and fairly enjoyable.

bottle, hazy golden-yellow liquid with large head. I use to enjoy this beer a lot, i guess before i tasted a lot of others... Not very special, sweet fruity, mildly bitter (the wrong kind) and hoppy.

Bottle. Pours cloudy light yellow with a large, frothy white head, mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, straw), average hops (flowers, perfume), heavy yeast (horse blanket, barnyard, soap, earth) with notes of alcohol and cloves. Medium bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a metallic finish. Long duration, moderate sweetness and acidity, light bitterness.
