Commercial Description:
A golden Tripel-style ale. A little lighter in alcohol, but not in flavor, than Westmalle, and more drinkable. It matches the best of Belgium.

Cloudy and slight dark straw color with a big white head that recedes, leaving a bunch of lacing behind. Slightly sweet and spicy aroma, some coriander there, also a tad bit of funk. The taste is a bit murky (in a good way) and sweet with some funk in the finish. Another interesting t’IJ - I like their funk character.

Bottle. Vibrant cloudy golden beer with a very strong head. The aroma is grassy, herbal and spiced. The flavour is warming, yeasty and bitterish spiced. Overall a nice tasting mildly spiced beer.

Thanks to Solan for the bottle! Hazy gold pour with a fluffy white head. Slightly acidic aroma. Sweet bready flavor with notable hints of fruit. Interesting floral finish

Bottle. Hazy golden brown with a small head. Aromas are brown sugar and caramel with spices. Earthy with ripe pear and bubblegum. Flavours are yeasty with sweet wheat and spices. Some chocolate with weetabix malts. Fruity with a dry finish.
