I’m giving this an estimate for the appearance because it was pitch black when i drank it. But it tasted like it wouldve looked nice. slightly tangy, yeasty and sour for a tripel. thick and dusty and dry at finish.

Pours a rich golden with a thick puffy white head. Aroma of bready malts, yeast, and a touch of citrus. Body starts somewhat thin with a musty, dry, and sour maltiness before some peppery off-flavors and a smoother yeasty finish. Nice thin-bubbled carbonation throughout enhaces the mouthfeel. This beer could use some more sweetness and balance.

Hazy golden, large white head.
Grassy, hoppy flavour.
Dry and sourish flavor. A bit geuze-ish.

Bottle - yeasty, malty, a touch of citrus and spice. Deep, dirty gold colored. White, white head. A bunch of floaties! Love the floaties. A good amount of spiciness in the flavor. Long, lingering yeastiness. Nice slight fizziness. This is a good one.

UPDATED: MAY 2, 2005 33cl Best by 3.05. Hazy dark gold, white head diminishes leaving a slight film. Initial aromas are nice. Yeast, citrus a bit of barnyard funk as well. Nice tripel characteristics. Flavors also nice. Fair amount of bitterness but leaning towards sweet. Fruity, lightly bitter and lightly spiced. Mouthfeel is soft and carbonation a bit low. Light bitterness in finish.Overall a decent tripel.

Hazy golden with a white head. Fruity, yeasty and spicy aroma. Malty and yeasty flavor with lots of fruit in a nice complex beer.

The beer is very carbonated. The aroma is mildly fruit and floral. The taste has a definitive tropical taste with hints of mango and pineapple.
