COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A golden Tripel-style ale. A little lighter in alcohol, but not in flavor, than Westmalle, and more drinkable. It matches the best of Belgium.

creamy spritzy citrus aroma, tiny sediment swimming in a sea of glowing orange, creamy and spicy with a solid alcohol bite and citrus notes throughout

Sour, complex aroma. Malt is a nice complex sour/ candy sugar with notes of citrus (apples, a touch of grapefruit, notes of lemon). The finish seems smooth but becomes a bit medicinal...lingering finish was described by Jake Barnes as we drank it as "band aid", which was right on the money, though I can't rake credit for it. Overall an incredibly complex brew that would have been exceptional in my book if not for the unpleasant notes in the finish.

a solid sheet of froth covers this cloudy brown concoction as a fruity yet sour aroma lifts from the glass and speaks of chewy apricot...flavors glow of malty colors..ripe apricot colors the dark complexities..dark fruits i say!..dried apricot, orange peel, and evilness..some bitterness makes an appearance, but in a fruitful way..a colorful experience. oh yes.

Hazy golden ale with a thick creamy white head. Pleasant funky Orval aroma, coriander and herbal hops. In mouth, smooth lightly sweet malts, with ground cherries, coriander and light spicey final. Creamy, smooth. Very much in Orval style. Bought at Knighly Liquors, Orlando, 4.49$

Cloudy, amber/orange appearance with a large white head and very nice lacing. Yeasty, spicy aroma layered with tart fruit. Taste starts a little sweet, yeasty and malty, eases past some fruitiness, before turning hoppier, with more bitterness and spiciness. Full bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel with a dry, bitter, long lasting finish.

33 cl bottle. Slightly cloudy orange-yellow beer with a thick pillowy white head that lasts to the end of the bottle. Aroma is very spicy with notes of apricot, bread and honey. Flavour also shows a lovely bready complexity backing up peach, cinnamon and clove. A kiss of plummy flavour as well as the lighter fruity notes, apricot/peach, wheaty spice and a fairly full creamy body. Finishes slightly herbal with a lingering floral hop note over everything. Lovely brew.
