Very pleasent yeasty and strong aroma with flowery, herbal, and lemony hints; pours with a hazy, straw colored body yielding a tight, dense head; flavor does not follow the nose: subtle musty and lighty malty up front, pleasent medicinal pheonols and a dry, somewhat soapy, herbal and flowery, hoppy and lighty bitter finish; note very strong flavored or very exciting, but quite decent.

A cloudy yellow appearance with little head. A lemon, detergent, yeasty aroma. The flavor is heavy on the limes and the lemons. Sounds like a Sprite almost and its close. A dose of cloves and mint leaves in the flavor. An interesting session ale but nothing amazing either.

Hazy, cloudy gold with a few chunks and topped by a fizzy, white head. Nose of musty barn, floral citrus, grains, peppery yeast. Same flavors with a touch of sweetness, nice hop presence, and some funky sour notes in the second half and finish. Medium, balanced body. Refreshing, excellent.

Cloudy golden color with a moderate off white head. Stewed raisins, mild tropical fruit, key lime, starfruit and a light balsamic vinegar undertone. Somehow the fruit and acid don’t mesh that well in the aroma. Wild flower and light honey flavor dance about on a wildly effervescent palate. The palate is nearly to lively, but I seem to enjoy it. Herbal hop echo throughout the finish and linger. Quenching and refreshing. Somewhat funky, reminds me of a few brews from the Netherlands.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a very large sized head of finely sized white colored bubbles that was mostly diminishing and left behind a hazy yellow colored body and a poor lacing. The aroma was malty.. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt hops and spices. A pretty average brew.

Bottle from Super Saver. Hazy golden pour, with medium off-white head. Big limey aroma, plus a lot of grapefuit, black pepper, and hops. The flavor was very citric, like pulp-in grapefruit juice with lie juice added, plus the hop element and some spicy notes. Fairly dense palate with a smooth finish.

Bottled version. As I opened the beer I noticed some gross greyish sludge on the underside of that cap. Orange colored beer with a thick mostly lasting white head. Smells odd. Very funky barnyard aroma with a bit of medicinal burn underneath that. Dry leathery taste is extremely unpleasant. This could very well be a bad bottle or something but I suspect it’s just a beer that doesn’t agree with me. Tons of yeasty flavors. I don’t know. I feel like I bit into a leather belt or something. blech
