Bottle. Cloudy, amber coloured, small, but stable creamy off-white head. Moderate sourish-fruity nose, moderate to solid sourish-sweetish flavour, medium bodied. Sweet-fruity finish with a very light tartness in the very end. Not bad, but really not impressive.........

bottle, thanks to bu11zeye, hazy almost chunky pour, no head shown, spice aisle and astringent nose, flavor is fruity and caramel with a metallic bite

Kind of a mess, really. Cloudy orange, with a lot of fruit in the aroma. No one smell stands out, just vaguely fruity. Flavor is more fruity mixed with nice herbal flavors and not so nice medcinal flavors. Maybe a little plasticy, too.

Bottle. Cloudy orange gold with a medium foam. Aromas are soft malts, bubblegum and yeast with soft spices. Flavours are caramel malts with spices and yeast. Dry on the finish. Simple yet effective.

Rciesla (5500) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - OCT 9, 2008
UPDATED: DEC 8, 2008 Bottle from new beer. Pours a orange amber body with a creamy white head. Sweet fruity esters pear, apple, a bit tart and some candi sugar. Spices of clove and musky wood. Light etoh with a semi dry finish. Fruity esters linger in the aftermath. Good.

notalush (3617) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 24, 2008
Pours a lightly hazy copper, with a fizzy, short-lived head - the aroma is slightly musty and tart, with some bizarre underlying complexities that include root vegetables (starchy character), charred wood, burnt herbs, dandelions, a touch of candi sugar sweetness - an odd but not unpleasant combination - the flavor gets even more strange, though - things start out with flavors of beechwood ashes and boiled vegetables - this is followed by some bitterness and aromatic herbal and wildflower character, but these, too, taste charred, like someone lit plants on fire and crushed the ashes of them into my beer - this is followed by a very light sweetness and peppery character - the vegetal qualities and burnt flavor return for the finish, as well as some papery/cork-like oxidized notes - there is a fine line between unique/interesting and just plain bad, and this beer kind of has one foot on each side of that line.
