Amber colored pour. Small white head. Minimal lacing. Burnt sugar aroma , a little fruit aroma - peaches and grapefruit. That’s where it ends as far as hops is concerned. Taste is vanilla/caramel. No bitterness, no hop/floral taste. Average amber style beer. Not close to any sort of D/IIPA, but a blasé attempt.

Hazy orange-red colour. Giant light foamy head. Aroma has lots of candy and hops. At first there’s sweet candy and malts. Later a fuller hop flavour that remains smooth and rich.

Man oh man, very murky pour with one finger of off white head. Nose is awful, DMS bomb. Very vegetal, smells like Chef Boyardee noodles and DMS. Bready and grainy, lots of astringency.

Great beer, despite it is somewhat cloudy. Belgian fill with much litter acid. Aroma slightly moldy from the hops. the taste is good but very strong team of alcohol.

Bottle at Chez Moeder Lambic Saint Gilles, Brussels. Golden beer with a lasting offwhite head. Malty aroma, milky, hoppy, grassy, some citrus. Sweet flavor, creamy, some hops, but not enough. Too sweet and sticky.

Pours caramel in color with a off white head. Aroma is bread and malts. Highly bitter with no sweetness. Finish is even more bitter. Big chewy malt body. Just a chewy bitter beer with no fruit.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, straw, over ripe fruits, and caramel, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
