Muddy pale red-brown with a lasting slightly pinkish, white head. Strong aroma like blackberries, with some grain. Dry and slightly tart, some berry notes and a touch of yeast

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
33cl bottle at home: Cloudy dark pink copper with a thin disappearing white head. Lightly tart aroma with hints of brett and musty wood. Nice round berry quality under a dank cellar must. Almost horse-blanket. Flavor has some nice tart and woody accents on top of some sweet caramel. Some sweet mixed fruit jam. I like the wild character but I wonder if it was really the intention, or an infection. Touch of herbal bitterness on the end fights with a slightly synthetic berry syrup quality.

Bottle, 6%. Moldy citric aroma. The flavour is also quite citric, cidery. Distinct mold flavour. The citrus might be intended, but it is a bit annoying. 4 3 4 3 8

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a crispy and collapsing pink head. Light lacto to brett and berry fruity aroma. Dry towards woody aroma. Dry woody and berry fruity flavour. Once again a mix between lacto and brett flavours. Berry acidic to citric flavour into the finish. Dry and woody.

0.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
Bottle unthanks to ronnie! Aghh utterly disgusting. Old damp cellar, woody fungus, inky bitterness. This bottle was not off, it just reminded me of finding a very very ugly part of a cellar where the yeast had been growing for months uncleaned from an old cask. Very reminisant of fallen angel.

Bottle, bought @ Tønden, Haslev.
Pours muddy red-orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is light oranges, some apple, quite tart, seems dry. Somewhat spicy. High carbonation. Flavour is weirdly fruity. Very dry with a funny mustiness. Quite spicy. This is one weird brew, but not excactly bad.
