Smells like ? - can’t pick it out. More arange than yellow, with a quick dissipating head. Not too good in flavor, dry but icky, probably because of the mustard seeds.

Bottle. Quite soft and peppery. Spicey character, which i am assuming is the Mustard seeds, very subtle though, and it actually works quite well. Lightly tart mouthfeel aswell? Not too bad at all.

Aroma is not bad. A bit herbal, but malty. Flavor is waaay better than I expected. (Am generally not that hooked on mustard). The mustard -although present- is discreet and adds a nice edge to the beer. Cheers for new experiences!

Acidic and spicy nose. Dark golden colored body, small white head. Sourish flavor along with some fruityness.

Bottled (BBE 2007)
Hazy nut brown, small creamy off-white head. Fruity, lightly hoppy. Starts a bit spicey, some leafy hoppy notes in the middile. Hints of sugar, but this is not a sweet beer. Slightly grassy aftertaste.

Bottle: Dull golden, speckles of bits floating about, large sudsy white head that quickly dies down, lively carbonation, lacks any real lacing.   Sweet fruity nose, didn’t whiff any mustad seed tho.   Spicy citrusy start, sweet, but where is the mustard?!?!   Slightly sour, but the sweetness dominates.   Comes across as a pale witbier thats overly sweet.   Average body and mouthfeel.   Lackluster finish, basically an oversweet pale witbier me thinks.   Not bad, but certainly not all that interesting.   Not what I was expecting at all.

I wasn’t very impressed with this beer. There was no real mustard flavor to it. A little sweet, fairly dark.
