Mar 30, 2007 Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet and very spicy - mustard and coriander, combined with notes of over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with very strong notes of mustard and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry and a bit watery end.

May 14, 2005 Updated: Jun 10, 2005(Bottle 33 cl) I’ve had mustard-beer before. I think, this might be my 3rd. Well; Orange coluor with an attractive, tall head. Has this typical, but hard to define, character of being handbrewed. Do I taste the mustard? Hmm, I taste some spice, but can’t really tell which. Soft, sweet and only vaguely bitter. A quite peculiar beer. 291103

Jun 27, 2005 Bottled. Cloudy amber. Spices (mustard seeds I assume) are obvious in the nose. Fruity, soft and medium bodied with notes of lemon and pineapple. Somewhat vinous. Restrained sweetness, low bitterness.

Sep 5, 2008 From tap at YNWA. Pours murky brown with a lacing white head. Mustard and caramel to yeasty aroma with a light acidic/citric touch. Flavour is sweet caramelish with a light yeasty note and a mild mustard note. Mild acidic and estery with a distinct fruity note. Sweet caramel-ish finish.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, fruity - berry / sweet, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter, light to moderate vinegar (mustard) with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (050308)

Jun 7, 2007 Bottled. Much preassure in bottle, but gives no head in beer glass, very active bubbles in the glass though. Colour of the beer is murku brownish orange. Aroma is mustard and some yeast. Flacour is sweet, acidic and a lots of spices, not so mastardy in my opinion. sweet and sour finish.
