3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours cloudy orange with a minimal white head. My first aroma impression was of a moistened towlette, but upon further inspection, it was quite spicy, with some floral notes. Definite black pepper presence in the taste, along with the aroma. A drinkable beer thatís a bit different than all the rest.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy hazy amber beer with one hell of a large off white head (had to stop pouring 3 times) Aroma is Hefewizen like, malty and bready with a slight sharp finish. Taste is again malty and sweet with a slight hot mustard finish....a beer worthy of a much higher score

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours dark orangish amber color, with a short lived head. The aroma is candy and spicy fruit. The flavor comes off as sugar and spice, plum, a hint of dark mustard and a sweet and sour candy finish. An interesting take on Belgian ale.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Beautiful brown orange unfiltered beer. slightly tan lingering head. aroma of musty yeasty lemons. Mustardy and salty. The dark candy sugar takes it over the top, making it too much of a malta goya product. A disappointment.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sweet. Belgiany aroma with lots of candy and yeast tones. Hazy, mustardy, yellow in color. Some maltiness, styrian hops, and al little bit of the mustard is perceptiple. This brew lingers in the mouth with a tart dryness ... even some chalkiness. Not a great beer, but drinkable.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
I am a mustard fan and this beer didnít disappoint. It is full of unique qualities that demand oneís own judgment be applied. Definitely picked up the mustard aroma and taste. Not overpowering, and not "hot", but definitely noticible. Candi sugar aromas and some caramel also come through on the nose. The mustard quality is balanced by a pleasantly sweet maltiness and discreet hoppiness. Unfiltered, the yeasty qualities compliment the mustard qualities of this delicious beer.

My friend really thought this tasted like pickles. I didnít detect the mustard that much, however it was present. Different, but the beer character comes through well enough to not simply make it pickle juice to me. Well done and unusual.

1.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
The beer pouted a clear amber with a huge head, the presentation was the best part of the beer. There was a funky weird spicey aroma that reminded me of a septic wound with a hint of bandaid and citrus. The flavor was just as odd with a slight citrus and mustdard and peppery notes that do not go well with beer. It was light on the palate. Overall, there is just something strange about this beer that is tough to describe, I would rather have any light American lager over this beer, it just did not sit well and ended up down the drain.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours golden yellow. Sticky sweet presence. Smell was mostly sweet. A little bit of sourness and a touch of bitterness, but didnít get a huge sense of mustard. Pretty tasty, but nothing too amazing.
