erickok (3414) - Tours (and Paris), FRANCE - OCT 1, 2012
Deep brown bodied with stable beige frothy head. Standard but well executed nutty sweetness, brown sugar, some fudge and even chocolate, among a hint of cinnamon. Solid amount of sweetness with only the minimal classic hop backup. Bit of spice, not super interesting but much better than expected because of the well thought out recipe and solid brewing. Ending is just too short, but itís a very decent bock altogether. (75cl bottle)

Bottled. A dark red beer with a huge tan head. The aroma has notes of bread, malt, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, and alcohol, leading to a bready finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
