COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Tap at brewers restaurant. Blackish beer with malty aroma. Nice rounded flavours from the dark malts. Quite sweet but this works ok in this beer. Really nice

Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt as well as a touch of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and soy sauce, combined with a lighter note of butter. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Lahev z Pivoteky: Literally black, smaller relatively stable tanned head; solid sweetish caramelly to dark-malty nose with a mild toasty, fruity and leathery background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, quite soft; short sweet-bitter finish with dry leathery flavours in the aftertaste. Good, interesting Bock/Porter hybrid.......

(bottle) Porter-/Stout-like appearance, black coloured hue with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Moderately sweet and quite roasty malty aroma with traces of caramel, coffee and leather. Sweet and roasty bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a calm carbonation. Roast-malty taste with notes of caramel, leather and traces of mocha; moderately sweet and roasty bitter finish with a lasting aftertaste of coffee, liquorice and leather. Very interesting Bock-Porter hybrid. 28.IV.11
