12oz bottle, thanks to Callipalegic. Labeled as "malt liquor". What? Is this not a pilsner? There is a "bottled on:" text on the label, but the date-stamp is up on the neck nowhere near that text, reading "9/27/11". Pale yellow color, thin white head. Decent lace, just a slight bit of haze. Really nice aroma, nice balance of white-bready lagerness and hops, with an excellent lemon-citrus note. Lighter, crisp carbonation, highly drinkable. Little zesty sweet taste, balanced by less hop bitterness, very tasty. A great pils.

Light and watery. A bit of malt and a hint of crisp hops in the finish, but not much bite. A bit bland.

12oz bottle. Pours llight golden yellow with a minimal white head. Taste is OK for the style but not all that great overall. Light and crisp making it a good summer lawnmower beer.

Poured into a pilsner glass. 3.5 A: Clear pale yellow color. One finger of frothy white head. Retention isn’t that great, but a short ring of lacing is left. 4.0 S: Grainy and lightly biscuity malts. Strong grassy and earthy hop aroma. 4.5 T: Like the nose. Grainy and biscuity malts. Dank grassy and earthy hops. Well made with a clean and crisp, yet full flavor. 4.0 M: Light body. Good moderate carbonation. Easy drinking. 4.0 D: Solid all around. A well made pilsner. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 11-12-2011 00:15:47

Bottled on 6/13/11. So this is a little old, but I got the gist of it. Not too bad. Nice lacing. Nicely minerally, a little bit of sulfur. Firm bitterness. A little macro like garbage flavor though.

On tap at Freshcraft (Denver, CO). Pours hazy pale golden straw color with a small fizzy white head. Light grassy and flowery aromas. Flavor starts sweet and bready. Finishes very dry with a bit of hop flavor. Mouthfeel is thin and crisp.

Bottle. Clear straw color with a thin white head. A faint grass aroma. Well carbonated with a sharp finish, as advertised. Watery texture makes for a simple, refreshing taste.

Bottle. Clear yellow pour. Aroma is boozy some bread and grassy. Good carbonation. overall a very dry pils with a good carb bite. The alcohol is overpowering the balance of this for me.
