COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with six malts (Weyermann Munich 13 and 20, Gambrinus Munich 90 and 100, Carmunch and Carafa) and three hops (Northern Brewer, Perle and Hersebrucker). Matured for four weeks in lager cellar before packaging.

Rich and rustic dunkel (and it is a dunkel--says so on the bottle). Fits lots of caramel and light chocolate malt flavors in its slender frame. Top notch dunkel.

Red amber color witha good head. Mildly malty, toasty aroma. Some fruit also in the aroma. Nice happy flavor with some bitters. Moderate mouthfeel. A good, drinkable beer.
